Nitroplus plans to rerelease its 1st game Phantom of Inferno on Steam in 2026
Seemingly based on the 2013 PC version based on the 2012 Xbox 360 ver, which reused the aesthetics from the Bee Train 2009 anime adaptation Requiem for the Phantom
Hopefully it'll be a good port
Come to think of it I wonder if the version on OOParts was good
OOParts closed down and it was one of the sole easy ways to play the game, so it's nice they decided to do this to replace it. I assume physical copies must cost thousands of dollars from scalpers.
Between this and the Tennis there's probably some that'll get banned from Steam
I don't think the companies behind got the cash to just bruteforce steam racist censorship like AkaRed
and these are anime games, with Honey flavor, so there's definitely less people who'll speak up than for stuff like UMA. Games media is way too white for people to care too.
